Growing up in the DFW area, Dan Cooper graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing. Dan is a Real Estate Broker and Developer in North Texas and the owner of Cooper Land Company.  Closing over $400 Million in closings spanning well over 1,000 transactions, Dan has been in the top 5% of all Real Estate Agents in North Texas consistently throughout his career.  With more than 23 years of hands-on experience, he brings expertise in the fields of real estate investment strategy, land development,eminent domain and community planning. Dan has built a career at the intersection of property acquisition, market analysis, and residential development. Dan has spent over two decades in the title and real estate industries working with lenders, attorneys and real estate professionals across the entire country. His background spans REO disposition, escrow management, and business development roles which give him deep insight into commercial, residential land transactions, along with the regulatory landscape affecting development.
